The "real" Arceus is in the very first intro - he is a big cosmic being of light, but he still looks exactly like llama Arceus

There is godlike Creator-God Arceus in his own dimension outside of everything and then his avatar/small portion of him on Poke-Earth in PLA (which looks the same as the real one)
