This is kind of a dumb question, but I'm asking as someone who's just getting into Pokemon since being a kid and kind of brute-forcing my way through the games: as you play through the single-player, do you carefully craft your team to go through the gyms/story and whatnot, or do you steamroll the main game and the "real" game beings in the post-game? How much are you paying attention to team building through the story?
