I know a lot of people like the texturing. But texturing missing the point of the design philosophy of Pokemon. Pokemon are meant to be simple and easy to read for merch. Adding fur, mineral, scaly or feathered textures defeats this purpose and muddies the designs.
Maybe it would be better if SV didn’t have such a shitty artstyle. But this ain’t it chief.
