Skarm is meta again. It is once again one of the best spikers in the game in a hazard heavy meta. Corv is falling off a cliff as it's too passive.

It's not a bad mon, but it's outclassed.
It doesn't threaten other hazard setters or hazard removers. I'd use Gliscor over it as an hazard setter.

And for as long as Gholdengo remains legal in SV OU, those spikes will be nearly impossible to remove. Skarmory's hazards and shuffling (whirlwind) pressure the opponent far more than Corviknight's U-turn.
