Ideally, it should be a voice for each main character and a 2-3 repeating voice actors and actresses for random trainers. Even as a DLC, it would be fine (but not the best obviously).
My nephew is 5 years old. I was thinking of showing him BRY on my GameBoy since his father is showing him the anime from the beginning (I'm doing Digimon with him and I'm trying to find Medabots, Astroboy 2003 and Sonic X in my language ; Medabots seems totally lost outside a few episodes that someone recorded), but he still cannot read. For the GameBoy, the lack of voice is understandable, but for the Switch, in a kid game, no.
