Isn't this the guy that hacks in a bunch of rare candies to do his challenges? I guess it's fine to give up the "best nuzlocker" title, but I don't feel like he deserved it in the first place if people were really calling him one.

Nobody who still cares about that shit is relevant in the nuzlocke community. If they actually watched him, they'd know he still grinds in his vanilla game runs and modern nuzlocke hacks have an infinite rare candy pouch. The safest alternative is route 1 grinding with turbo buttons on speed up.

Attempts is a useless metric because there's no standard for it. Jan in EK counted all his bad Treecko resets as attempts, while others use a savestate after getting a near perfect starter, or only count attempts when they reach a certain part of the game. Not to mention Jan is the pioneer of EK nuzlocking, so none of the good strats were figured out yet.

Drxx is goated though, I agree.
