Do you perhaps remember the how the set looked like in the post you mention? Pic related was the gimp era of wooper posts. Very telling by how I didn't knew how to draw with mouse and i didnt figured out colors yet, also that there is a white boarder between the Linework and coloration is very telling
After I moved on from gimp and got help by a artist the art quality increased significantly.
