I don't even fully get the johto gym team issue. Would it probably be better if they had 1 more johto mon each, yeah probably, but does Bugsy using a kanto shitmon that dies in 1 hit instead of a johto shitmon that also dies in 1 hit also really affect the gameplay and enoyment?
