Why does everyone take this as fact when considering a Johto revisit? We also never got new Pokémon in anything other than a new gen until USUM. Who set the rule that they apparently can't revisit a region twice? I'm hoping for and expecting Unova games tomorrow but it was always weird to me how many others just assumed that games only get revisited once when that makes no sense in business terms.
