A lot of the younger looking generics are missing too like the schoolkids, eevee/pika lolis, tubers and picknickers though they included Hapu who is just as short as most of the other lolis missing. Probably got fooled because of the way she talks, ignoring that she's a grandchild who hangs out with her grandparents every day and rarely ever gets to interact with kids her age
