Other than its SpD and Spe stats, it lacks in Special Attack, with a base stat of only 81, and even its 100 Spe is slow by modern meta standards. The ability Drought doesn't help it much since it's banned in every tier below OU, and it's outclassed by Torkoal as a Drought user. It wants to be a sweeper, but Fire is a bad type for sweepers anyway since it's forced to use HDB instead of Life Orb. In short terms, don't use Ninetales it sucks.
