So I've been replaying Gen with a Gen 2 graphics patch

and having a great time. I haven't done a Gen 1 playthrough in a long time and playing thru it with updated graphics has been refreshing. I'm really appreciating what Gen 1 has to offer. It's obvious why these games were a hit.
