HGSS was a complete failure becsue Game Freak was too stupid to fix Johto’s fundamental flaws of being a tumor of KANTOOOOOO and the johto pokemon being so forgettable that not even Game Freak likes them. BW was Game Freak responding to real criticism and creating Unova to be an independent region with a memorable roster that actual shows up in game. But Genwunners were salty retards who thew a tantrum and gaslit normkes into hating Unova. XY is when Game Freak stopped trying new things and just started showing CHARIZARD everywhere to pander to the lowesr common denominator
