Is it just me or is the Gen 9 pokedex exceptionally ugly? This is the first time I’ve seen a Dex and thought almost every single mon looked terrible. Most of the decent designs are in the early dex. Most of them look they belong in a differnt franchise. Even Gen 8 mons still had solid designs overall but Gen 9 feels like a huge dumpster. The mythicals and legendaries especially look abominable when they used to be some of the more interesting designs. Did the all the designers get replaced by tumblr artists?? What’s happening and what can we expect for future designs because this isn’t it. I would feel comfortable if they retconned Gen 9 mons out of existence desu
