Garchomp and Tyranitar falling out of OU serves as a lesson on why you should never take things for granted. And besides that they're still good for a playthrough, which is something that can't really be said for many fully evolved Pokemon like Tropius and Zebstrika, which also serves as a reminder to not be an elitist.
