"If PvP doesn't matter why doesn't Charizard need so many forms?" A regional helps flesh out the lore and ecology of a Pokemon, but for the general audience they can't compete with the flash and prestige of a Pokemon essentially becoming a super saiyan.
>>55681844That makes sense, but I'm guessing Game Freak felt it would be too morbid. It's one thing to have a Pokemon based on bleached coral, its another to have the player themselves feed a pokemon to its predator.
Btw, decided to make my own evolution for Johtonian Corsola, loosely based on a tank/artillery gun/phalanx and a coral colony. The idea is that they band together to protect themselves from Toxapex .It's just a draft, hope to make it more unique from Falinks and add more details. .
