According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a Teddiursa should be able to fly. Its arms are no substitute for wings and even if they were, they wouldn't get its fat little body off the ground. The Teddiursa, of course, flies anyway, because Teddiursa don't care what humans think is impossible.
