What if hybrid evolutions were a thing?
Imagine you breed an Umbreon and Espeon and the egg gives you a special eevee that will evolve into a Psychic/Dark type. Thoughts? Maybe not even as a full blown concept but could it work a gimmick like how every Gen has at least one gimmick mon or weird evolution method. Idk
