If they brought back and reworked some mechanics, I'd pick Megas and baby evos.
Megas:

>a bit harder to evolve than babymons currently do
>a few exclusive moves that only the babymon can get, good ones too
>maybe babymon-evolved Pokemon even get a little accessory on them to show they've been raised this way, like a bowtie, a ribbon, or a little hat or something. Selection and placement limited, of course
