It's a sunflower, you use the sunstone on the sunflower seed. It just works.

Grass isnt a good attacking type
30 base speed means that even in the sun you get outsped by base 109s and above and basically anything with a scarf
Wasting a turn to set weather is almost never worth it unless it's to negate another weather
105 SpA doesn't cut it
Not having another STAB especially sucks for a grass type unless your name is Rillaboom (who still practically has Grass STAB twice)
