I never hear anything about Stellar anymore, basically after the first week, is it worth using at all? Any competitive usage?

It lame gimmack. What they NEED to be doing is giving weapons to pokemon, like perhaps pistol.

inferior to type tera because stellar does not change your typing. and its damage boost only happens once. if it removed all weaknesses it would be a start....

Chien-Pao commonly runs it but not much else

Using tera defensively or for a permanent boost for a specific move is better 99% of the time

It has almost zero presence in PVP because Terastal was always more valuable as a defensive tool or to further support sweepers who need more than a single decisive blow.
Stellar's only really valuable in event raids for builds where you'll want to preserve your Pokemon's original type combo, or as a general standard raid killer.

It lacks oomph and versatibility.
It's really nice for tera raids, and in battle it synergizes well with contrary but it still takes a tera.

Maybe we will see some Zacian crowned with stellar in comp with the regulation G, but that's it.

It's the "have an easier times with the raids" type also the type that makes the third legendary more special, don't bother except for raids and for Terapagos

It's not like you have a chance
But apparently Terapagos is having pretty good results in grassroots tournaments. Although that's more on its stats, ability and signature move than in Stellar itself
