Hi. I’m looking for some romhacks to play. I prefer ones that aren’t difficulty simulators like RR. Bonus points if it has Fakemon in it.

Quarantine Crystal, Blazing Emerald, Altered Platinum, Fool's Gold. Insurgence (not a romhack).
Only one I've played yet from the above is AP.

RR does have the Sevii's... they're strong enough to get through the campaign easily enough fwiw.

These are all just ones with Fakemon variants.

Crystal Clear (ymmv)
Any hacks from Drayano and Buffel Saft although their hacks are a bit tough, Dio Vento's hacks are even tougher.

There's Ultra Violet which is just Pokémon Fire Red/Leaf Green. It's just a rom hack where you can complete the entire Pokédex without needing to trade. The difficulty of everything is the same as the original games
