I am still wondering why there is no hackrom or program that allows you to play with the pokemon of every region *without* adding non-official buffs and nerfs but purely the same pokes and is exclusively for battles. Also, there is no hackrom or app with a full-custom option for pokemon... Right? Like, editing the base stats, movepool, typing and ability

As beautiful as it is, it does buffs some pokemon and adds new stuff, which is amazing in its own right, but not an unadulterated pokémon experience

No, tho I wish I could do that to add my fakemons

It would much easier for everyone to merely have an app that let's you put your png for the sprite, add the BP and effects of your attack and maybe let you create abilities (but if that's too hard, just put the ones that already exist). All without programming knowledge
