What is the best Pokemon art book? I am mainly interested in the art of Ken Sugimori (gen 1-4) but anything goes.

i have that book and honestly i think its neat to see all those early Pulseman designs but if you want it just for pokemon you're gonna be pretty dissapointed because the rather small pokemon section is towards the end of the book and it's all stock FRLG pokemon designs

It's not an artbook, it's a collection of Sugimori's manga. They just put Pokemon on the cover so it'd sell better or something. There's a tiny Pokemon section at the end with a couple FRLG designs and not much else.
