Violet is the only version of the game that charts on the digital download lists at this stage. Even at launch, Violet was #1, Scarlet #2. And don't get me started about trying to use version exclusive trade codes back then either, 90% of the trades I tried that way returned a Violet player.
People like Koraidon for its animations and VGC suitability, they prefer the actual bikemon as a mode of in-game transportation however.

Yeah I got silver because lugia seemed awesome like a "legendary pokemon" and Ho-Oh just seemed like a rainbow fag bird with a retarded little debbie cupcake name/hoe. Even though I know gold is better than silver like in the Olympics and more valuable. But the rest made me go with Silver.

Violet was more popular at launch, but this was generally down to Ceruledge mogging Armarogue more than anything else. Koraidon, Sada and the future paradoxes have all had a much more active and receptive fanbase since the games actually launched with only Iron Valiant really making any significant impact from the Violet side (though Miraidon is still popular, just not as much as Koraidon).
