Using the site in general, and If you plan on doxing someone, you're probably going on a list, especially if it's a minor. If you plan on swatting someone, you're probably going to get a knock on the front door, especially if they are a minor. If it's for some literal who, you'll probably be told nypa, cord, twitter, etc. If you do it poorly enough, you'll wind up on the receiving end., if you do it really really poorly, you'll be on the receiving end, and also get the knock on the front door.
It's kind of a dual edged sword that is ultimately up to you whether or not you want to run the risk of swinging and likewise being affiliated with, along with the aforementioned groups that are looking for low hanging fruits to give to feds.
If you are not sincerely interested in actually learning about the monster, and you decide to use it, and get pwn'd in the process, that's on you. If you're curious about the monster, then by all means, continue digging and laugh away at the silliness of it all.
