not really hypercompetitive because the cameo will be more for flavor than as a serious challenge (that'd go to the superboss you'll find derk in the dungeon of; he's probably using that place as a hideout to haunt the dollar store zirca region nearby from)
as for deviations from the sheet
>dragapult is because the snowy forest dungeon he's in has an unusually high population of dreepies (vaguely related to the dungeon superboss being a regional dragapult created as one of 4 superweapons to win a war against a hostile neighboring nation with a megalomaniac dictator champion), and besides having a missile launching dragon could help with home invasions. it also has will-o-wisp for starting trash fires>the rotom-heat is to bake bread with>mega alolan marowak gets huge power (to compensate for item slot usage) and extra atk/def/spd (or maybe +20atk +80spe for the lulz?)
