It’d still be bad.
Even as a Mega, it’s worse than Calyrex Shadow, which can hold items, gets duel STABs, a Fake Out immunity, a 120 BP spread STAB move, more speed, and even gets Special Moxie.
And if you’re also bring back all the other Megas, don’t bother with Mewtwo when Rayquaza, Salamence, and Kangaskhan exist and Primals too.

Raw numbers mean very little anymore, not when most of the modern powerhouses rely on percentage boosters that go beyond having STAB.
There's a reason Dracovish was able to nuke even the likes of Toxapex just by spamming a NVE move.

Base stats since Mewtwo X does not have to sacrifice its ability slot for the massive power as it is baked into its extremely high atk stat. Skill Swap Huge Power onto Mewtwo X and its Attack will be way higher than Mega Mawile or Mega Medicham.
