Elm is the most unorganized but probably most hardworking as he commonly works after hours forgetting to sleep or eat. he studies the single most important aspect of the entire Pokeverse.
Juniper is probably the least relevant or noteworthy. She is the nepotism professor with the most useless study to the world between the professors and would be nowhere without her father.
Then again, there’s Kukui where being a professor is pretty much a side gig for him.
So basically
Elm (Breeding) > Rowan (Evolution) > Birch > (Habitat) > Sycamore (Evolution/Mega Evolution) >>> Oak (Behavior) >>>>> Juniper (History) > Kukui (Attacks)
I haven’t played anything after moon so can’t speak on professors after that.
