You are right in that going with broad concepts makes the kayfabe both much more noticeable and much harder to not either drop or stop using as a crutch. It's much easier to drop "I'm from Atlantis" than it is to drop "I am the embodiment of the concept of chaos"
Some of the kayfabe like Kronii's narcissism will (hopefully) fade as they become more comfortable with themselves as streamers. Mumei in particular I expect to finally find her groove and solidify things without having to fall on the airhead act, doubly so since her witty banter moments in things like her VC on Gura's stream show her in a much more comfortable spot than when she's streaming herself.
