>>49969945>Do females actually like buff guys or is it just a meme?Let me explain this fairly plainly.
It multiplies your strengths and subtracts from your weaknesses.
Both for yourself and for other people.
If you're very depressed it'll make you feel less depressed.
If you feel very directionless it'll impose order upon your life.
If you have very weird niche interests it'll lend credence to your very weird niche interests.
In and of itself it might not get you a girlfriend, but 10 out of 10 times it's better to be a depressed directionless nerd with muscles than a depressed directionless nerd without them.
If you combine muscles with stylish clothes (women cannot tell the price of things and most men dress like shit so any amount of effort put into it will make you *feel* like you're affluent and that effect doesn't wear off because of hard numbers cause women are bad with those) you have two major ways of giving off an amazing impression that are only very loosely related to things you cannot change.
PS: Working out changes the way you smell. A woman that likes the way a man who lifts smells tend to want and have the ability to bear children. So you're already preselecting for a good mate.
