I've realized if I want to make this story work, I have to scrap around 25k of work and start over a clean slate. I want to take a break, but this fucking story is literally the only thing that's been on my mind for the past few months.
But you know? It's somewhat liberating to know it doesn't work, it just points you in the right direction. I hate this hobby so much, it's the best thing in the world.
