Yeah, she promised. They're genmates, they've been coworkers and kayfabe'd it up for over a year, not to mention the times Ame has genuinely been there for Mori when she was down. And she couldn't even fucking bother to call for her birthday. Yeah, yeah, it's a fake birthday, it doesn't matter much, but it's the biggest "public" Ame event of the year, and regardless, she kept Ame waiting for her to show up until the very end.
