Most bullshit happens at the end of the leaderboard when some people get bullet bills and others don't. But that doesn't affect the leading players.
Regular racers like 文ちゃん, まいけるとみざわ or NiceDrive are placed consistently at the top when they participate.
Similar to card games you might have a bad draw and lose the game, but if you play a best of 5 and are skilled, you'll win at the end.
