Then Kronii can use her swords to cut those 10 seconds of stream. Since she skipped the actions that would carry the consequences, we only see the consequences of what happened during those 10 seconds of stream. Example: Kronii sees into the future that Mumei will say nigger and Balez will laugh. Kronii cuts the 10 seconds of stream where Mumei says nigger, sending us straight into Baelz laughing. Baelz was fated to laugh but since the yab was cut, we don't see why. With this power Kronii can cut yabs from the stream.
