Here's my breakfast bagel setup before I go to sleep.
>sliced, toasted bagel
>cream cheese slathered on each side
>layer thinly sliced red onions on each side
>layer of smoked/lox salmon on each side, season with salt and pepper
>layer of thinly sliced tomatoes on each side, season with salt and dried basil
>imbed capers into the tomato
>eat bagels as open faced sandwiches
And that is my special breakfast bagel. Sliced olives are also an excellent substitute for capers. I think Gura would like it a lot. I'd love to make it for her. Hololive.
