She straight up asked people, on debut, to please be nice to people she's around or collabing with and has constantly talked about how she really doesn't like when people are mean to others, and she was liking a post saying "people that really like Shiori will be nice to Shiori and people she's around," even if their wording was fucking dogshit and I could shit a better tweet out my asshole after eating Chipotle
People are complaining youtube comments were deleted, however I can personally tell you I saw posts from both sides disappear because some replies to my own comment got yeeted (that were from tourists attacking people) and if you scroll through the comments on the post and the VOD there aren't any posts left really attacking people (you'll see a few posts about "real" fans but it's innocuous enough to stay because it doesn't single out things and just says "they'll enjoy content" etc.)
Twitter's another story, because you can't moderate twitter and get rid of retards causing a stink, just block people that are (which is fine, well within her right to do if she thinks you're being a dick)
The issue that (sane) people had was that she seemed to be too scared to actually face novelites about it because she knows there'd be backlash and is conflict averse, but also she really doesn't differentiate between boys and girls for friendships (she's talked about male friends very often) so it was always a possibility she'd be in a collab with dudes at some point (anyone who ever thought otherwise is a fucking retard)
