Positives: COVER is Japanese company, which means they care about idol culture and won't try to appeal to reddit cucks and twitter trannies, which is the main reason Hololive is so special compared to other Vtuber agencies.
Negatives: COVER is a Japanese company, they care more about tradition than actually making money and expanding, they will always be incompetent and xenophobic, no matter how succesful their are foreign talents will always be secondary to JPs.
