The JP indie vtubers who are known in the EN-sphere are going to be a incidental subpopulation. Single digit percentages of 3view and 4view JP indies. IF the goal is to bring on some diamond-in-the-rough 4view JP indie, one who could fly even higher with some VShojo resources, odds are that is someone who people in this thread just don't come across them often.
Counterpoint to my own counterpoint:
If my hypothetical JP indie wants to synergize well with exiting VShojo talent they should have at least mid-tier English skills. If they have English skills, it does narrow it a lot and we probably have heard of them.
