When there's been a lack of tard wrangling among the more drama-heavy talents like Kyo/Luca/Enna for ages and some of the big faces like Vox are having menhera breakdowns on stream, no shit people aren't going to focus on the positives.
Hell, even if Nijisanji EN's situation is actually starting to change now, people aren't going to easily forget the 2% merch cut leaks, Zaion having one of the worst termination notices out there (whether you love her or hate her, that basically damaged Niji's brand in its own way) and now with Nina and Mysta leaving and fucking shitting on their former employer. They have to work hard now to earn back lost fan trust, it's not that hard to understand.
