She needs to go to a fucking Doctor and a Nutriologist after. I'm probably like Ame in that if i don't have someone busting my balls forcing me to give updates i just laze around and stop caring. I need a gym couch to keep going and i need a nutriologist to keep me on track. It fucking sucks that i can't keep myself in check but you have to come to term with your weaknesses before you even try to address them.
Ame hasn't even admitted to her weaknesses. Whenever she says she's eating pancakes, cookies or bread and chat asks if its gluten she gets annoyed and reprimends chat because of course its not gluten but then on DMs with Kiara she says how she needs to stop eating gluten, something she supposedly stopped doing one year ago. And again, we don't even know if thats the cause. For all we know she's getting depressed because she can't eat stuff she loves for absolutely no reason. Its just frustrating because i can totally relate to her behavior yet i don't have the money or opportunities she has to tackle those problems.
