You have to just play along, like a game. It's the closest we get to dating an anime girl, so keep it at that. Of course the 3D girls behind the avatars are thots. All women are thots. Vtubers, and the characters they play, are just nice little distractions. They're escapism from the real dating market out there. And they're completely free.
