And yeah, Blue or (U) is universally hated as a primarily reactive playstyle involving No Uing your opponents to death. I like (B)(U) decks a lot and consider it possibly the most basshole style to play next to (W)(U) Azorius. Both styles are about NO FUN ALLOWED for your enemy, and I can play them well but consider them really dirty. I like mixing (U) into a lot of decks for the meta aspects of card draw, scry and control aspects of counter-spell and creature bouncing. In Ravnica I really liked the Green/Blue guild, the Blue/Black Guid, the Green/Black guild and the Red/Blue Guilds the most
