I've been saying this for a while now. But I think Ame's burnout/phases/energy (whatever you or she decides to call it) has a lot to do with her responsibilities outside of Hololive. She has 2 cats to take care of, 2 dogs, plants to look after, high maintenance aquariums and aquatic animals to care for. All that shit, daily, would drive me mad. And while constantly recording Hololive stuff isn't necessarily difficult work, it can still become monotonous like a regular wagie job. And she's said a few times that she spends hours upon hours recording the same thing.
She'd probably be better off if she just had like 2 pets and nothing else.
