Also, consider her dance lessons and recordings
Pekora doesn't publicize it as much of a lot of other holos but esp. with regards to little clips like doing a bit with with Rushia and other holos talking about her being at lessons, it's pretty clear that she has her own idol training workload
Remember, Hololive is an idol company, and the vast majority of talents choose to partake in the activities and preparations involved. It's a mentally and physically grueling affair, don't let the NEET kayfabe fool you into mistaking reality- Holos will spend dozens of hours a week at the office and studio. Vocal exercises leave them gasping, coughing, and croaking, as they train their strained throats with continuous physical punishment to increase their endurance and push their limits; they stretch their throat, mouth, and lungs to their absolute vocal limit, only to push harder the next time. All of this to try and accommodate the unexpectedly large scope of what's necessary to excel in this part of her job.
Of course this could simply be taken as a job requirement, but Holos find in their co-workers and compatriots a sense of social pressure to perform. Much like 3D idol companies, Holos tend to find themselves isolated from alternative social circles, and thus can often fall victim to what most Japanese workers do to- a pervasive sense of sacrificial loyalty to their role. They do not compete for the sake of it, but rather defer to the ideas evoked by competition being an asset in and of itself, so as to not be looked down upon. They may greet each other or not, but regardless of relationship, all of those idols enter that studio on a weekly basis into an environment where straining their ravaged bodies in all the ways that would be perceived as promoting increased pleasure for their fans; in essence, their love for their fans plunges them, over and over again, into intense emotional stimulation and an almost manic submissiveness, wherein they feel no sense of violation or disgust, but palpable attraction to the idea of their throats and bodies being mere tools to be used for the pleasure of their heaving throngs of energized and unquenchable gachikoi, who lose themselves in their exhilaration, a building wave of collective energy that rises underneath the Holo before swallowing her up and giving her the emotional high of validation associated that comes with accepting, embracing, and ravenously pursuing her newfound core desires: to both push her body further for the unbridled ecstacy of being used for the pleasure of her fans, and to pursue evoking deeper passion in her fans as a receptacle for them, a receptacle for their passionate outpouring of love.
This applies to all idols, even the ones who seem unlikely to pursue this type of lifestyle. But hell, even Pekora does this. Imagine that, and imagine the talents themselves when they go through this type of culture. It's very likely that Pekora gets sweaty as she trains her flexibility and co-ordination once a month at least, if not once a week. Just contorting her light caramel colored body with enthusiastic desire into a routine meant to capture the hearts of men, wearing nothing but a leotard, each effort accompanied by high pitched pained moans before returning to the soft rhythm of her labored panting, as her sweat mixes with her deodorant and perfume to taint her fresh, feminine, dainty scent with an underlying aroma of womanly musk
