Do strength training in the afternoon. I try to hit each muscle group twice a week. Been focusing on the chest and arms lately.
Either after the run or after the workout, I cool down with a 90-second plank or four sets of 20 push-ups. Lately, I've been incorporating knuckle push-ups into the mix, so half of the sets are done in that form.
If I have more time in the morning, I do the strength training before the cardio.
