Wanting to be a flirt with other girls is fine, I would say the big problem comes more from the senpais, particularly Kiara since she's the oshi, humoring it too hard which can really lock that kind of image to her. As demonstrated with the 1 on 1 collabs she had with Bijou and FuwaMoco, it is possible for Nerissa to just flirt a bit or not at all to match her partner.
Nerissa's far from one of the big fans anyway, im sure if they could, the HoloX members like Laplus, Chloe, Koyori, Iroha would have collabed a lot with their oshis Towa, Shion, Miko, Suisei and debase themselves. And those senpais could have accepted that to reap part of the new audience by making those girls be their subordinates but they didn't(though in the case of Shion you could say she wasn't on enough for it to ever happen anyway). I can't really put the blame on Nerissa here as she's a newcomer and fan, she'd certainly want to be in good favor and accept requests by other holos. Kiara is the one who should pull back so that Nerissa can also form other relationships and chemistry with other holos as well as stand more on her own, she already had the first 1 on 1 that was about finding commonalities, never mind the fact that there's also Holotalk and BG3 collabs.
