Presuming that she actually auditioned for either EN2 and/or Vsinger, I think Namirin genuinely has a pretty good chance of making it. Fairly accomplished utaite with a decade's worth of history, streaming experience, and is fluent in English/Japanese on top of living in Tokyo. She seems like she has the qualifications for it, at least.
But then, I might be a bit biased because I'd be sad if she went on hiatus, and it actually ended up being for negative reasons or something instead of getting hired by a big agency.
