I looked at her content and the streams she had in both her personas, and wasn't really blown away. Sure, she wasn't bad or anything (so I'm not saying she would be a mistake to hire our wouldn't get good numbers, the massive Hololive brand power alone basically guarantees that nowadays), just a standard cute anime girl vtuber, of which there are hundreds out there, and I didn't see any amazing outstanding qualities or skills that immediately screamed must-hire to me.
When I asked anons what it is that she would actually uniquely bring to the table that they'd want her in, and it's not just the superficial timeline-argument, the majority of answers were shitpost deflections / non-answers ("hurrdurr, well there's also nothing outstanding about Ame or Kiara, soooo...") and only one guy, who's probably an actual fan, tried making a case about how she's really nice, cute, hardworking and entertaining. Which, while still not convinving me as special skills that are unique and outstanding, is at least an attempt, but the disparity and difficulty of actually getting these answers from people seems to show me that most anons shouting her out only do it because other anons do, not because they actually like her for herself specifically, only because they have nothing else to go on besides "indie who recently graduated".
