As for upgrading now, you don't need a new PSU if you already have an 850 watt to pair with the 4090 and unless you buy the absolute biggest card then most will fit in full size cases which im sure a lot of the girls have anyways since they went with 3090 prebuilts. My FE 4090 is actually smaller than the 3080 ti had before it.
